Terms and Conditions

General

  • Sleeping Capacity (Overnight): Comfortable overnight sleeping arrangements are available for up to 15 persons within provided rooms and beddings. Extra beds can be arranged on the floor dormitory-style as per requirements and will incur additional charges.
  • Music: DJ systems and large loudspeakers are strictly not allowed. Guests may use personal Bluetooth speakers at a reasonable volume, respecting noise levels, especially at night.
  • Electricity Backup: Power backup (Generator/Inverter) supports essential lighting and fans only. Heavy appliances like ACs (if any), geysers may not work during power outages.
  • Farmhouse Rental Plans & Timings:
    • Overnight Plan: 24 Hours, Check-in 11:00 AM, Check-out 11:00 AM (next day). STRICT ADHERENCE REQUIRED: Any guest staying beyond 11:00 AM check-out time will be charged additional full day cost or 50% of the cost as decided by the owners. The property must be vacated by 5:00 PM in such cases.
    • Day Plan: 12 Hours, Access from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. STRICT ADHERENCE REQUIRED: Property must be vacated by 8:00 PM sharp.
    Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and will incur additional charges. Check-in and check-out times must be followed strictly to avoid any inconvenience and additional charges.
  • Extra Guests: Any guests joining beyond the booked number might be charged additionally based on management discretion and plan type. Please confirm during booking.
  • Booking & Cancellation: Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a 50% advance payment. Cancellation policy will be communicated during booking (Standard: Free cancellation up to X days prior, non-refundable within Y days/hours).
  • Pets: Pets may be allowed in specific outdoor areas upon prior request and approval. An additional fee (e.g., ₹1,000 per pet) and adherence to pet rules are mandatory. Owners are responsible for pet's behaviour and cleanup.
  • Age Policy: Pricing applies per person for all individuals aged 5 years and above.
  • Service Type: This is a property rental service only. No complimentary services, food, or amenities are provided. All additional requirements are chargeable as mentioned below.

Food and Kitchen Access

  • Food: We do not provide meals as part of the standard package. Guests are welcome to bring their own food or arrange catering services.
  • Kitchen Use: Basic kitchen access is available for an additional charge. See 'Additional Chargeable Items' for details on full kitchen usage, gas, and utensils.

Security and Property Access

  • Security: The property perimeter is secured. CCTV monitoring is active in common areas for security purposes. Security personnel may be present at the gate.
  • Property Access & Service: This is primarily a self-service farmhouse rental. Keys are provided at check-in and collected at check-out. A caretaker/attendant resides nearby for basic assistance (e.g., property orientation, troubleshooting) but does not provide personalized room service or continuous attendance.
Important Notice

Check-in and Check-out times must be followed strictly. Late check-out will result in additional charges as mentioned in our terms and conditions.

Additional Chargeable Use and Access

Chargeable Use and Access Amount
Access to Kitchen on Self Use and Self Clean - with basic cooking utensils, fridge use, oven use, gas stove provided for self cooking. Self brought disposable crockery with proper disposal and cleaning allowed.
Note: (No grocery and Crockery items to be used from farm house stocks)
Kitchen Cleaning charges to be additionally paid if left unclean after use - ₹1,000		 ₹1,000 per day
Barbecue Grill Set (Includes basic charcoal) ₹1,000 per use
Washing Machine Use ₹2,000 per cycle per day use
Bonfire Setup (Includes wood logs) ₹1,000 per setup
Excessive Cleaning Charges (If property requires extensive cleaning post-event/stay) ₹2,000 onwards
Consumables (Water Bottles, Soft Drinks, Snacks if stocked & consumed) As per actual consumption/MRP
Fishing Pond Access (Catch and release, using own basic equipment) ₹500 (nominal access fee)
Damage to Property Charged based on actual cost of repair/replacement
Fish Catch Takeaway (If permitted and available) ₹500 per KG (or per fish, specify basis)

Restrictions & Guest Responsibilities

  • No outside food or drinks allowed inside bedrooms. Designated dining/outdoor areas should be used.
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all rooms, halls, and enclosed spaces. A significant penalty (e.g., ₹5,000) will be levied for violations. Designated outdoor smoking areas may be available.
  • Dispose of all waste properly in designated bins provided. Littering is not permitted.
  • Follow all property signages and instructions provided by the caretaker/management.
  • Do not damage, deface, or remove any property items, plants, or equipment.
  • Return all sports/games equipment to its designated place after use.
  • Children must be supervised by adults at all times, especially near the pool and pond areas.
  • Entry into the fishing pond area is at guests' own risk. Non-swimmers should be extremely cautious near any water body.
  • Swimming or entering the water in the fishing pond is strictly prohibited.
  • Strict Timeline Adherence: All guests must strictly adhere to check-in and check-out timings. Any deviation will result in additional charges as mentioned in the terms.
