Terms and Conditions

• Sleeping Capacity: For groups of 20 pax and above, overnight accommodation is limited to 15 persons. Additional guests must arrange separate lodging.
• DJ and Loudspeakers: Not allowed; Bluetooth speakers permitted for personal use.
• Electricity Backup: Available for essential lighting and fans only.
• Farmhouse Rental Plans: Overnight plan: 12:00 AM to 12:00 AM; Day plan: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Early check-in and late check-out are chargeable.
• Extra Guests: Additional guests are charged 50% of the per-person rate. Maximum 5 guests per room for overnight stays.
• Bookings: Confirmed with a 50% advance payment. Cancellations up to 3 days before the booking date are free; within 72 hours, cancellations are non-refundable.
• Pets: Allowed in designated areas with a fee of ₹1,000 per pet.

Food and Kitchen Access

• Food: We do not provide food. Guests are welcome to self-arrange food or use the kitchen facilities for cooking.

Security and Property Access

• Security: The 3-acre property is secured with a 9-foot wall and monitored by CCTV. A security personnel is available at the gate for entry and exit checks.
• Property Access: This is a self-service property. Keys will be handed over at check-in and collected at check-out as per the booking schedule. A farm attendant is available to guide and assist, but personalized services are not provided.
